Let me start on a personal note, I have been married for 28 years, and have two wonderful daughters 18 and 25. My wife and office manger has been affiliated with the Real Estate Business since 1985. She currently holds a inactive Calif. and Arizona Real Estate License. As well as being a Arizona Licensed Real Estate Appraiser. Yes, she is completely out of her mind.

I have been involved in several forms of construction throughout the last 27 years including plumbing, masonry work of all kinds, patio covers, add-ons, remodels, electrical, and heating and cooling systems. I have also managed and maintained rental properties as well. I have attended and successfully completed course studies and requirements for the Association of Construction Inspectors. I also successfully completed a Real Estate Inspection Theory, and Standards & Practices. I am required as a member of ASHI to attend continuous education courses, and seminars.

I am a National and Arizona state member of ASHI, which is the American Society of Home Inspectors.
